Summary :

Producers and Design Program Managers at Meta are connectors and problem solvers. By supporting the various aspects of the product teams, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. Finally, you'll utilize a full range of organizational and demonstrated track experience in communicating with clients and customers in order to drive positive impact. You will help keep our teams on track, execute specific design initiatives intended to grow team health, subject-matter knowledge, and team impact, and you'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.

Producer, Games Responsibilities :

Drive product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and many moving parts

Bridge product vision with execution, by managing day-to-day operations including communication, tracking, logistics, risk management, scope, schedule, and budget

Ensure the right people are working on the right thing at the right time to focus effort where it matters most

Be the heart of the team to maintain alignment across people, process, and purpose so that teams work as a single creative unit

Develop and adapt processes that bring the best of interactive production together with ways of working to improve product team efficiency and impact

Advocate on behalf of the project team and stakeholders, understanding how each perspective translates to goals and constraints while managing expectations

Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger team(s)

Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate effectively

Be sought out as the production point of contact to the management team and trusted leader to cross-functional partners

Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

5+ years of production-related work experience (games industry or other interactive 3D project-based, multidisciplinary work in a creative field)

Knowledge of all phases of 3D real-time engine based interactive development : concept, pre-production, production, and post-production / live-service

Practical understanding of team structures and roles, production pipelines, and common challenges in producing high-quality interactive products

Familiarity with team-based project management methodologies, implementing principles and best practices, and proficiency with tools

Demonstrated experience leading teams through multiple projects simultaneously handling complexity and ambiguity across different phases of development

Detail oriented with demonstrated negotiation, change management, organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions with measurable results

Track record of operating under your own initiative with little oversight

Demonstrated track record of ownership, flexibility, and urgency

Understanding of the games industry, including current trends, popular titles, and emerging technologies

Experience working on a released live game and maintaining a frequent release cadence

Experience with creative pipelines, and how interactive experiences are crafted

Demonstrated interest in games and user-generated content (UGC) platforms, with a desire to create engaging and immersive experiences

Experience defining and hitting milestones in a fluctuating technical environment with emphasis on looking at the future

Public Compensation :

157,000 / year to $218,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
