Position Summary : The Occupational Therapy Department was founded in 1941, with a mission of providing a professional education resulting in skilled hands-on practitioners who are client-centered and occupation-centered in their approach to practice. The department offers a professional-entry M.S. and OTD programs, as well as post-professional M.S. and OTD programs. This position is a tenure-track position and it will provide graduate-level teaching in the Occupational Therapy Department and service to the Department, University, and community.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Teaching classes offered on campus and online using skills of communication, engagement, and adaptability.
• Provide service to the department, university, and community that demonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Mount Mary University.
• Engage in scholarly activities that support and advance the profession, including publication and / or presentation.
• Supervise students.
• Advise students and support their scholarly activities.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or special projects as assigned.
