NetSuite Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our dynamic software team. As a NetSuite Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex NetSuite solutions that align with our business needs and software ecosystem. Your expertise in NetSuite, combined with your strong analytical and communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of our software projects and optimizing our business processes.

This candidate should be NetSuite Certified - NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation at a minimum; NetSuite Certified Administrator in addition to SuiteFoundation would be a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements, perform fit / gap analyses and design scalable NetSuite solutions that meet business goals and industry best practices.

Customization and Configuration : Contribute to the design, testing and implementation of customized solutions within the NetSuite platform. Configure custom fields, forms, records, reports, workflows, and dashboards. Manage system settings.

Integrations : Design and oversee integrations between NetSuite and external systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party applications, and data warehouses, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.

Data Management : Follow data governance strategies, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and migration, to ensure accurate and consistent data across the NetSuite ecosystem.

Security and Compliance : Follow security best practices within the NetSuite environment, ensuring data confidentiality, system integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Training and Documentation : Develop training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to facilitate end-user understanding and ensure the maintenance of NetSuite solutions.

Adhere to best practices for IT service management, incident resolution, ticket management and user support.

Ensure SOX compliance with the platform and platform solutions. Should have experience working on SOX compliance. Conduct NS patch and upgrade analysis and follow SOX rules. Experienced to remediate SOX findings.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Analyst or a similar role in implementing and customizing NetSuite solutions.

Hands on experience working with any of the following NetSuite modules preferred : Order to Cash, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Advanced Projects

Proficiency in NetSuite configuration tasks.

Deep understanding of software architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, and scalability.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification is preferred. Further NetSuite certifications like NetSuite Administrator is a plus.

Experience integrating NetSuite and Salesforce for managing customer interactions, sales, and contract activities is a plus.

Prior experience in the software industry or related sectors is preferred.

Boomi experience is a plus. Well versed with designing integrations.
