Looking to launch your accounting career in real estate? We are seeking an entry-level Property Accountant who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by an experienced team. As a Property Accountant , you'll play an important role in supporting our communities while gaining the hands-on training needed to succeed in this industry.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop accounting skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Assist senior accountants with journal entries, general ledger reviews, and financial reporting.

Support monthly bank reconciliations and monitor property cash balances.

Help prepare financial packages for property managers and clients.

Research and document variances in financial statements.

Participate in property transitions, audits, and special accounting projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework / experience) OR a minimum of four years related experience.

Strong Excel skills; Yardi or other accounting software experience a bonus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

A positive attitude and eagerness to grow into a successful Property Accountant .
