Production Supervisor

This role offers a range of $77000 to $86000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience education certifications and skills as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to work at one of our facilities. The Production supervisor reports to the Production Manager and exercises direct control over a Production department and coordinates with other Production Supervisors. As part of your role you will be responsible for :

• Directing coordinating and planning the activities of a specific production department under master production schedule and the hourly work force (including machine operators i.e. milling mixing canning equipment etc.) involved in the manufacture of product
• Serving as lead person for a group of hourly employees utilizing established methods normally to a maximum of 15 employees
• Communicating procedures to all subordinates assuring they are understood and implemented when applicable
• Interpreting statistical reports cycle time specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties
