CDL-A Regional Drivers – Home Weekly & $1,200+ Per Week

We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes in Texas and the Southwest . Get home every week for a 34-hour reset , earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience, and enjoy steady miles with no-touch freight . Rider & Pet Policy available from day one.

What We Offer :

• Home Weekly – 34-hour reset at home
• Pay : $0.54–$0.60 CPM ($1,200+ per week)
• Miles : 2,200+ per week (varies by HOS & availability)
• Freight : 100% no-touch (50-60% drop & hook)
• Routes : Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Western Tennessee
• Rider & Pet Policy – Bring a passenger or pet from day one

Extra Pay & Bonuses :

Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)

Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day

Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM extra

Requirements :

Age : 21+

Experience : 3+ months recent CDL-A (Local, OTR, or Regional in the last 3 years)

Equipment : Must have experience with trailers over 40 feet

Driving Record : No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months)

Safety Record : No more than 4 incidents in 3 years, and no DOT Recordable accidents

Drug Testing : Must pass hair follicle & urine test

No SAP drivers
