Located at 4301 E. Renner Rd., Richardson, TX, our school provides a premier educational childcare experience with year-round programs for children from infancy through elementary school. As a Support Teacher, you'll help children explore, discover, and grow in a stimulating environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and curiosity.

What You'll Do :

Inspire Young Minds : Guide children through their early years, helping them develop emotionally, cognitively, socially, and physically using the renowned Primrose Balanced Learning approach.

Create a Safe Space : Ensure that all rules and regulations for child safety, health, and development are followed, so every child thrives in a safe and supportive environment.

Bring Learning to Life : Implement dynamic lesson plans and a daily schedule filled with fun, engaging activities that encourage children to explore, make decisions, and build confidence.

Nurture Growth : Provide positive reinforcement and clear expectations to foster each child's self-esteem and behavior management.

What You Bring :

Experience in early childhood education : Preferably, you've worked in a licensed program and understand the developmental needs of young children.

Physical readiness : You can safely lift children up to 35 lbs, and for Infant and Toddler teachers, assist with cribs.

Commitment to excellence : You're driven by a passion for teaching and an unwavering commitment to providing the best care and learning environment possible.
