Schedule : Part-TimeMonday Wednesday & Thursday; 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities :

Financial Oversight

Personnel & Leadership

Provides leadership coaching recognition and works towards building strong professional working relationships amongst the team.

Administrative / Office / Compliance

Resident Relations

Maintenance

Marketing / Leasing

Welcomes and shows property to prospective new residents. Also handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and completes appropriate paperwork.
