What You'll Do

• Play a pivotal role in building our new dental practice, contributing your skills and ideas to its development.
• Collaborate closely with the team to shape our office culture and patient experience.

• Responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Answering phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding treatment options and billing statements Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Explaining treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients in a clear and concise manner Collecting and verifying patient insurance information Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
• Familiarity with dental software systems for charting and documentation.
• Previous experience working in a dental office
