The job : Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for food, entertainment, and iconic experiences? MGM Resorts International is looking for a Public Relations Manager to help shape the narrative of our world-renowned destinations. In this role, you'll generate compelling media coverage across the Food and Beverage vertical, building relationships with top-tier journalists and bringing the MGM Resorts story to life.

The day-to-day :

• Cultivate and manage relationships with local, national, and international media to drive editorial coverage for MGM Resorts properties.
• Craft and pitch dynamic story angles that align with property priorities and trends across hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle.
• Lead media activations, from press trips to photo shoots, film crews, media visits, and influencer experiences.
• Write and distribute press materials, media alerts, talking points, and executive interview prep documents.
• Represent the PR team in key property meetings, collaborating closely with marketing, social media, and operations teams.
• Oversee PR coordinators and specialistsmentoring, managing workloads, and supporting team development.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that break through the noise.
