Insurance Sales Specialist

About the Role :

Join the Jose Chavez-Lindley Agency as an Insurance Sales Specialist and help families and businesses protect what matters most. You’ll sell auto, home, life, and business insurance while building lasting client relationships in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Present and sell insurance products tailored to client needs
• Follow up on leads and generate new business
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For :

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus
• Active P&C and / or Life Insurance license preferred, but we’ll train motivated candidates willing to get licensed
• Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
