job_description.job_card.job_descriptionA passionate, positive and energetic person that loves to help people be the best they can be Someone who enjoys motivating members and providing a world class fitness experience Someone who promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic high-energy environment when coach a fitness class Competitive Pay Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for full-time employees Work Out for FREE Deliver predesigned workouts to groups up to 36 - 45 clients Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions Build OTF attendance and retain current clientele Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations Designate 8-20 hours a week to the studio(s) Handle member concerns when applicable Collaborate with OTF team in helping build the membership base and studio culture Assist sales associates, when needed, with OTF studio tours and sales Must take at least 2 OTF class per week Attend 2 Studio events per month Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics Ability to multi-task and stay organized Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Must hold OTFit fitness certification + one of the following nationally accredited fitness certification programs : ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA or AFAA Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred CPR / AED certification Preferably 2+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry Signing bonus is for full time coaching and after favorable 90 day evaluation

COMPANY PERKS :
As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 36 - 45 clients per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time and motivating multiple clients in a group setting. An OTF Coach must focus on a well rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the client’s experience and results.
