Entry Level SalES REPRESENTATIVE
TrakTek Partners, a Boston based full-service marketing agency, is currently seeking a part-time sales representative with full-time potential to join our team. The ideal candidate will be articulate with good communication and writing skills. We’re looking for someone that is self-motivated and can work independently. This is an excellent opportunity fora motivated, entry-level sales representative interested in having an impact on our marketing agency’s growth. For the right candidate this could grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Network and outreach to business owners, CMO, and Marketing Management to sell Traktek marketing services
- Develop relationships and partnerships to increase new business through community outreach
- Maintain contact information and communicationhistory in internal CRM system
- Follow up on inquiries through phone calls and emails
- Perform outreach to schedule consultations with Traktek team members
- Proactively works with team to identify opportunities for marketing offerings
- Assists team with production of marketing messaging for improved salessuccess
- Prioritize appropriately to meet sales goals
- Enjoy working in a small team and entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest in digital marketing and travel preferred
Qualifications
Prior experience selling B2B is a plusMust be professional with strong communications skillsAbility to work successfully in a team environment and independentlyPrior experience working with a customer database management system (e.g. Salesforce , Hubspot, etc)A good sense of humor is desiredCompensation
Opportunity for base $50k - $60k + commission and benefits (healthinsurance, life insurance, 401k match, and ) after 60 day probationary period.
