Key Responsibilities :

  • Valet Services : Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
  • Provide safe transportation for patients.
  • Medication Delivery : Deliver medications accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff.
  • Customer Service : Address inquiries and concerns with empathy.
  • Support patients with a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Follow precise schedules and adjust for traffic conditions.
  • Ensure the safety of patients during transport.
  • Maintain records of commute times and report issues.
  • Guide passengers in a professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must pass a physical compliant with safety standards.
  • Valid Texas Driver License and auto insurance required.

    • Preferred Skills / Abilities :

  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
