Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Ann Arbor. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on delivering exceptional pediatric OT services in a fully equipped sensory integration clinic. Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy sessions with active caregiver participation
Provide home exercise programs and ensure timely goal achievement
Document charges, billing codes, and progress notes accurately
Complete discharge summaries and maintain compliance with POCs
Collaboration & Growth
Attend weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions
Partner with caregivers and team members to optimize outcomes
Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture
Engage in continuing education and specialty certifications
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (full-time clinical load)
Prior experience working with children in sensory processing, feeding, and self-regulation
Ability to commute to the Ann Arbor clinic daily
Mission alignment with trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care
Valid OT license in Michigan
Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating children with Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety
Specialty certifications such as Sensory Integration, Floortime, Brain Gym, SOS Feeding, or pelvic health
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging families
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : $70,000 + bonus opportunities (negotiable)
