About the Role : The GTM Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of ArcSite's marketing engine. You'll coordinate trade-shows and micro-events, maintain core systems and workflows, support tactical paid campaign execution, and help operationalize enterprise and cross-functional GTM initiatives.

This role is ideal for a marketing generalist with strong systems, execution, and project management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across tools, teams, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Events & Trade-shows

• Own end-to-end logistics and execution for trade-shows based on an established event rubric.
• Manage booth contracts, travel coordination, shipments, vendor relationships, and staffing schedules.
• Oversee pre- and post-show marketing activities including invites, reminders, follow-up, and lead handoff.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, workflow routing, and post-event reporting.
