Transmission Right Of Way Project Manager

Position Summary
As a Transmission (TRN) Right Of Way (ROW) Project Manager at Oncor, you're responsible for coordination, execution, and completion of specific projects in relation to Siting of electrical stations, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role will support entitlement reviews for all scoping projects prior to acquiring ROW. This position works closely with Engineering, Planning, Customer Operations and Civil consultants. The goal of each stakeholder management is to engage appropriate support personnel, establishing and assembling support documentation and reporting, supporting key stakeholders throughout various processes.

Education & Experience
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
For Project Manager I : 3+ years' experience in ROW, transmission / distribution engineering, construction, project management, operations, or regulatory with proven ability in negotiating, mediating and working with external stakeholders in reaching a positive outcome.
For Project Manager II : 5+ years' experience in ROW, transmission / distribution engineering, construction, project management, operations, or regulatory with proven ability in negotiating, mediating and working with external stakeholders in reaching a positive outcome.

Measure Of Success
Meet and / or exceed key metrics used to determine successful performance in the position. While working under minimal supervision, ensure goals and deadlines are met for multiple projects. Ensure successful and timely completion of multiple project assignments while tracking budget adherence. Proactive identification, communication and resolution of issues and potential concerns with key stakeholders and affected landowners. Conducts accurate, thorough and proactive property siting findings and research to provide Transmission ROW Representatives, Oncor civil engineers and civil consultants timely and pertinent station siting details to establish project timelines. Establishes and maintains a strong professional presence cross-functionally and in the public as a public representative of Oncor.
