YOUR DAY-TO-DAY :
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage invoicing, job costing, and collections
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits
Support recruitment and general office operations
Process weekly payroll in QuickBooks and reconcile employee hours
Ensure accurate tax payments and withholdings
