/ nPay Details : $ 62.66 per hour

/ nShift Details : AS NEEDED BASIS (2-4 weekend shifts a month, 2-3 on call evenings a week)

/ nDaily Responsibilities for Pharmacist : / n

Accept and dispense prescription medications. / n / t

Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files. / n / t

Identify patient's drug-related problems and effectively communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.

Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin / n / t

Non-sterile compounding preferred, experience with on call / overnight shifts / n / t

Doctor of Pharmacy degree required / n
