About the Role :

As a Sprinkler Helper, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to break into the fire protection industry. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning the trade and gaining the skills needed to advance in your career.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and institutional buildings.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to sprinkler system layouts.
  • Support the lead technician in assembling, installing, and testing sprinkler piping, valves, and controls.
  • Help ensure all installations comply with local, state, and national fire codes and standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
