Join Serve Robotics as a Field Operations Associate!

Hourly Pay : $22 / hr + Benefits + Equity + Overtime Potential

Are you adaptable, a team player, and ready for an adventure? At Serve Robotics, we’re transforming urban delivery with friendly sidewalk robots designed to reduce traffic and emissions, making deliveries faster and more sustainable. Imagine a city where robots bring your burrito to your door—efficiently and safely!

As a Robotics Field Operations Associate, you’ll be a key operator supporting Serve’s robot delivery services and advancing our operations. From supporting in-field deployment to aiding our product development with insights, you’ll be essential to bringing our robots to the streets!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute commercial end-to-end deliveries using our Serve robots in active market areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field issues, maintaining smooth operations.
  • Assist in deploying robots to and from the field and ensure they’re maintained and clean.
  • Support day-to-day decision-making to prioritize resources, execute test plans, and troubleshoot field challenges.
  • Collect and communicate feedback to development teams, helping shape our robot and operational tools.
  • Act as a point of contact for Serve merchants, customers, and partners as they engage with our robots.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : We accept entry level candidates with superb communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Adaptability : Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Multitasking : Able to handle multiple projects or tasks at any given time
  • Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work across teams.
  • Driver’s License : Valid U.S. driver’s license and comfortable with driving vans for deployment.
  • Physical Requirements : Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability : Full-time commitment with set schedules, including day and night shifts. (Weekends may be required.)
