Overview

Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong experience in SQL, QuickSight, Tableau, and Alteryx to join their data-driven team. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight and Tableau.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Build and automate data workflows using Alteryx to streamline reporting and analytics processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Support data exploration and ad hoc analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our BI infrastructure and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickSight, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Databricks for data engineering or analytics is preferred.
  • Background in the insurance industry is preferred.
