Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder with experience in an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) environment. This role is responsible for assembling, fitting, and aligning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components to build custom machinery according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality, precision-built machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble custom machinery and automated equipment from the ground up using detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Install and align mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, ensuring proper function and adherence to specifications.
• Perform mechanical fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and light machining as needed during builds.
• Verify accuracy of assemblies by performing functional tests, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, machining, and electrical teams to resolve design or assembly challenges.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
