Position Overview

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bound Brook, NJ team on a part-time, contract basis . This is a great opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work without a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop custom treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs delivering ABA services
  • Track progress and update goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and maintain clear communication
  • Ensure clinical documentation is timely and accurate

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
