Overview

The purpose of this Junior role is to ensure that our expanding digital footprint aligns with our business strategy and mission while providing our customers with excellent experiences. The Digital UI / UX Designer will ensure that the customer-facing digital properties managed by the Marketing department meet the business requirements of our internal and external stakeholders.

What To Expect

• Learn customer needs and incorporates them into a web product vision
• Acts as a liaison between Marketing and business stakeholders and IT development teams (internal and external) to provide clear communication on web and digital product requirements
• Defines Web features and writes user stories in collaboration with IT and key stakeholders
• Develops test scripts and manages the acceptance testing process, including reporting results
• Assess website analytics and usability scores to create enhancement suggestions that improve performance
• Stays up to date on digital trends in the marketplace and best practices to improve customer experience
• Maximizes the value of all web and digital products through the product development process
