Responsible for process quality control, internal & external customer quality issues resolution
Maintain quality management system, ensure that all documents are compiled and completed
Drive unit quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis of GQM, QN, LMES
Improve the accuracy and reliability of quality data collection system, visualize data in a structured manner to provide early warning and prediction for quality control
Team capability building
Participate in internal and external audit, control nonconformities and take corrective actions
Responsible for cross-unit communication and optimization for related quality processes
Improve industrialization quality for new products ;
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Quality Management, or equivalent science / engineering field
5 years of minimum experience in the quality field
Good communication skills, goal-oriented and strong execution
Six sigma green or black belts is a plus, and PMP certificates is a plus
