Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1 to join its Classified IT Solutions Team and manage a team of Systems Administrators across multiple programs and efforts. This position is located in San Diego, CA; please note that due to the classified nature of this position, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at our Rancho Carmel campus - this is not a remote work opportunity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced between interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities. Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :
The successful candidate will support multiple programs and have functional management duties, which will fluctuate throughout the year due to business needs and performance.

Salary Range : $118,000.00 - $177,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
