Snell & Wilmer one of the largest law firms in the Western United States is seeking an IT Technician in our Tucson Office . Your responsibilities include day-to-day work in supporting laptops / desktop computers printers audio visual and peripheral equipment. Works closely with the Solution Center team and escalation level teams to ensure the proper function of all hardware software and network connectivity. Must have comprehensive know knowledge of computer hardware software operating systems printers peripherals and network connectivity as you will proactively troubleshoot and solve problems for end users.

You will report directly to the IT Technician Manager and work with IT Management software development / procurement and user must take initiative and be proactive in completing trouble tickets assignments and long-term projects.

The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. in the office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Troubleshoot and repair computers in a networked environment

Advanced expertise / knowledge regarding troubleshooting of complex problems with Microsoft and other third-party applications
