Staffmark is hiring immediately for an Assembler in Farmington, CT. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to grow your skills and join a company committed to quality, teamwork, and innovation.

Pay Rate : style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 3 : 30 PM – 1 : 00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Assemble automatic doors and entrance systems using technical drawings
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot basic assembly issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Must be able to follow safety and quality standards
