Manager of Identity Management

A company is looking for a Manager of Identity and Access Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate policies, standards, and procedures for managing security functions related to IT systems Report metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Information Security Program and facilitate resource allocation Provide subject matter expertise on information security standards and collaborate with stakeholders on security status Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required 5 years of experience leading technical teams in diverse disciplines 5 years of experience in information security or a related field Information Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are required or must be obtained within 2 years Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
