Job Description :

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, our clients will look to you as an advisor to assist them in finding the right insurance solutions. You will utilize your persuasive abilities and build trust with the clients . To be successful, you must have an active Texas Property and Casualty or Group Health License and experience in insurance OR sales plus an ambitious go-getter with an eye for details.

Your main responsibilities would include prospecting for new Property and Casualty or Group Insurance businesses, achieving sales goals, and cultivating customer relationships. Must have 5+ years of sales experience to be considered for the role. Compensation for this entry-level position is base salary + Commission + Bonuses.

A Property and Casualty License or Group Health License and 2+ years of insurance experience are a must-have. Compensation for this entry-level position is base salary + Commission + Bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on Property & Casualty or Group Insurance
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, warm leads, networking, referrals , and other lead-generation methods.
• Create insurance quotes based on prospects' personal needs and goals. Discuss the benefits and close sales.
• Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets .
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
