    The Company is seeking a Senior Financial Officer for its Life division. The successful candidate will be a key leader, providing strategic decision and operational finance support to the business. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and operational efficiency. The Senior Financial Officer will also be responsible for talent management and development, as well as ensuring the integrity of the financial control environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in life insurance or financial services financial management, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and a strong commitment to the company's mission and values. Applicants for the Senior Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10-15 years' of related experience, with a focus on financial strategy, and a minimum of 8 years' in people leadership. The role requires a candidate with comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting, and business disciplines, and a demonstrated ability in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and driving operational efficiency. The Senior Financial Officer will be expected to have a deep understanding of risk management and experience in managing external financial relationships. The role demands a leader with superior business acumen, sound judgment, and a strong learning agility, who can also demonstrate unquestionable character and absolute integrity.
