ABM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development efforts across a defined geographic region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within facilities services, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic execution.

Pay : $122,850 - $185,000 base + Bonus The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership : Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Strategic Planning : Establish and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Performance Management : Analyze account profitability and optimize sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Proposal Development : Lead the creation of compelling value propositions and support RFP responses and contract negotiations.
• Forecasting & Analytics : Utilize data-driven insights to project sales performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Sales Enablement : Provide coaching and support to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and professional selling capabilities.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
