Job Title : Quality Inspector

Location : Worcester, MA

Job Summary :

Noor Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing in-process, first article, and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and proficiency with measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products.
  • Verify that products conform to specifications by using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Conduct first article inspections and prepare detailed reports.
  • Document and report inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities accurately.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Monitor and maintain inspection equipment to ensure proper calibration and functionality.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and audits.
  • Assist in developing and improving quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO, and other industry standards.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Schedule :

  • Full-time position, first shift available.
