In this role, you will support day-to-day operations of the agency while receiving the training, resources, and support necessary to earn your Michigan Insurance Producer License.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional insurance agency environment and transition into a licensed producer role upon successful completion of your licensing.

Responsibilities
- Assist with customer service tasks including answering phones, managing appointments, and processing documents
- Support licensed agents with quoting, follow-up calls, and lead tracking
- Learn and observe client consultation best practices
- Engage with prospects to help generate interest and schedule insurance consultations
- Prepare for and complete the Michigan Insurance Producer License exam Property & Casualty License.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Participate in agency meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs
