As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices within the Talent Management Recruiting department. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, networking, and managing candidates through every stage of the hiring process. The Corporate Recruiter will be required to proactively identify, attract, and successfully on-board the nation's top industry professionals. In this role, you will serve as essential personnel and often the first point of contact for potential employees.
This is a highly visible, on-site position that works in partnership with our enterprise leaders to help grow our amazing company!

- Schedule interviews
- Database management
- Manage job boards
- Create and post job descriptions
- Collect and review resumes
- Conduct candidate screenings
- Conduct reference checking
- Handle confidential material and information
- Write offer letters
- Coordinate travel
- Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
- Assist in college recruiting events
Requirements :
6 years of experienceBachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related majorProficiency in all Microsoft Office ProgramsProven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.Ability to make cold calls to passive industry professionalsAdaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environmentSuperior time management skillsVery high organization and multi-task capabilityOutstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTravel to events and college fairs when neededSome Things You Should Know :
