The Vice President of Technology will oversee both client-facing and corporate IT functions, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance across software and cloud-based systems. You will collaborate with leadership, business development, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize internal IT operations, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, emphasizing cloud technologies, enterprise software architecture, and cross-functional team management. This role directly impacts the organization's ability to provide secure, high-quality IT solutions for government healthcare programs.

Accountabilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions for government healthcare programs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Act as the technical authority for software development best practices, architecture, testing, and infrastructure decisions.

Oversee corporate IT functions, including cybersecurity compliance, certifications (e.g., NIST, CMMC, ISO), and internal IT operations.

Partner with business development and strategy teams to define and deliver technology solutions for new opportunities, proposals, and major programs.

Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.

Develop metrics and processes to track technology implementation effectiveness, system performance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation across solutions and corporate systems.
