Job Description

Oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing departments. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence. Coordinate with stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have :

• Strong knowledge of the Aerospace industry and its operational requirements.
• Engineering degree from an accredited university
• At least 5 years management / leadership experience
• Proven expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
