Material Handler

The Opportunity :

Executes day-to-day warehouse operations according to established guidelines and procedures. Handles routine tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping materials or products, ensuring that goods are accurately logged and managed in the system. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Operates warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products efficiently. Maintains a safe and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Resolves common operational issues by applying standard solutions and following established methods. Communicates with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Avantor is looking for a dedicated and eager to learn Material Handler to optimize our Masterflex team, delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Devens, MA facility. You will have the opportunity to help control the flow of goods and regulate floor space. You will also safely operate appropriate equipment required to move finished goods along the floor. The team

Avantor's Masterflex team is one of our warehouse and distribution centers. This team supports the innovation and growth objectives by housing and transporting our finished goods.

What we're looking for

• Education : High school education or equivalent required
• Experience : Open to those who are eager to start their career in the warehouse industry and m ust be comfortable working at heights of 30-50+ ft
• Collaboration Tool : Microsoft Teams and Outlook experience a plus
