In addition to being directly responsible for taking the lead on all video shooting and editing projects, the Lead Cinematographer / Editor is directly responsible for upholding and improving upon the video standards of the XSIGHT brand. This is done by working closely with the photography department, marketing department and Production team to ensure project specifications are properly executed to XSIGHT’s standards and that the client’s needs, vision and expectations are exceeded. This is accomplished by having an in-depth understanding of XSIGHT’s mission and vision and ensuring all video projects and productions that are contracted reflect the brand promise to our clients.

Structure :

Your regular responsibilities include :

Taking the lead on-set and all shoots for video jobs

Overseeing and directing on-set crew

Can follow structured storyboards, shot lists and schedules during commercial shoots while still able to capture run-and-gun style events

Managing all raw video and audio files and archiving

Reviewing all raw footage for quality and completeness

Sales and Client Meetings

Quality Assurance

Creating video edits per project scope

Makes creative decisions to enhance videos
