A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is adding a Litigation Associate to its trial team. This is a rare opportunity for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience to step directly into meaningful litigation and courtroom work—without being sidelined in the background for years.

What You’ll Do

Handle a personal injury litigation docket from filing through verdict.

Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings that move cases forward.

Take and defend depositions.

Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, and trial.

Partner with senior attorneys to craft strategies that deliver results.

Negotiate settlements with confidence and creativity.

What You Bring

Missouri Bar admission (Illinois a plus).

1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense is highly valued).

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Resilience, drive, and passion for standing up for clients in the courtroom.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $80K–$95K + uncapped bonuses (first-year earnings expected $100K+).
