Inside Sales Representative
Milwaukee, WI
Salary Range : $50,000–$75,000
The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to customers while assisting outside sales and sales management in the development of existing and prospective customers. This person is also responsible for selling the Marsh Line Card, solving product and customer related problems, and dealing with vendors as well as working closely with both internal and external customers.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Prepare cost requests to purchasing properlyQuoting and Quotation follow upClosing OpportunitiesProcess customer purchase orders and acknowledgementsComplete customer expeditesPartner with Outside Sales to build order pipeline and close salesMaintaining and growing gross profit dollars and profitability of your accountsHandle RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations)Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest while building relationshipsWork in conjunction with Outside Sales to resolve slow moving and dead inventory.Work in conjunction with Outside Sales to maintain and review stocking requirements for customers specific agreements to ensure proper inventoriesUpdate sales opportunities in Marsh Customer Relationship Management softwareParticipate in sales promos and product trainingMaintain documents per Marsh quality requirements and standards.Participate in Quarterly Business Review with assigned customersWork with Outside Sales and Purchasing to solve critical supply chain problemsRequired Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communicationAbility to understand written and verbal instructionsMathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, fractions and decimalsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with varying timelinesWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteMay require occasional overnight travel (Education and Experience :
