Job Summary : As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Telemetry department, you will provide patient-centered care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality care, while ensuring a compassionate environment for patients and families.

Essential Functions :

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following organizational protocols.

Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in patient condition.

Safely administer medications and monitor for side effects.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.

Participate in medical emergencies and life-saving interventions.

Advocate for patients' rights, ensuring their voices are always heard.

Educate patients and families about treatments, care plans, and post-discharge information.

Implement infection control practices to maintain a safe environment.

Monitor and operate medical equipment for patient safety.

Engage in performance improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.

Licenses and Certifications :

RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure required.

BCLS - Basic Life Support required.

ACLS preferred.

PALS preferred.

NRP preferred.
