What You'll Do as an AP Specialist

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for high-volume invoices with precision and efficiency

Accurately verify, code, and process invoices while maintaining proper approvals and documentation

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally

Support month-end close by reviewing aging reports and assisting with journal entries

Process employee expense reports and assist with reporting as needed

Partner with the accounting team to identify process improvements and workflow enhancements

Provide audit support and maintain organized AP records

What Makes You a Great Fit

4+ years of experience as an AP Specialist or in a similar accounting role

Proven success managing large volumes of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on commitments

Friendly, dependable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Experience with ERP systems and electronic AP processing
