    • Performance-Based Pay :

  • Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.

    • Service Work :

  • You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.

    • What You'll Do As an Installer, you will :

  • Install premium Bath Fitter products in as little as a day.
  • Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
  • Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter’s standards.

    • Skills & Experience You Bring Carpentry Expertise :

  • 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.

    • Precision & Tools :

  • Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.

    • Reliability :

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    • Team Player :

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
