Provider Network Support Specialist

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Provider Network Support Specialist to join their team. As a Provider Network Support Specialist, you will be part of the Provider Network team supporting Independent Dispute Resolution processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Hybrid (Meridian, ID)

Pay Range : Not specified

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assist with the intake, tracking, and resolution of Independent Dispute Resolution cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
  • Perform administrative duties including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking disputes, provider data, and contract metrics.
  • Review and interpret contract language to support dispute resolution and provider inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.

What's Needed?

  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare administration, provider network support, or contract management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to review and interpret healthcare contract language.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
