Position Summary :

Full Time (3rd Shift) and Part Time (2nd Shift)

Open shifts : 2nd and 3rd shift (overnight)

Compensation : $13.00-$14.50 per hour - Based on experience

The individual in this position is competent to perform all tasks at the receptionist desks which include operating the telephone system, greeting residents, visitors and staff; processing and routing deliveries and US mail.

Also, must be prepared at all times to handle any type of emergency or disaster.

Job Duties :

• Answer phones and transfer calls appropriately.
• Processes and routes appropriately all requests for maintenance, grounds staff or administrator (on campus or on-call).
• Maintains knowledge of all disaster procedures and equipment.

Implements Fire and Disaster Call List when necessary.

Performs tasks in accordance with specific emergency procedures.

Performs tasks in accordance with specific procedures.

Able to meter mail.

Performs tasks in accordance with the specific procedures.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :    General knowledge of office operations.

High level of interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Experience : Experience with older adults and / or people with dementia preferred .
