DESCRIPTION :

Candidates will be responsible for the assembly and test of antennas in low-rate initial production and full-rate production. Work will include the assembly of products, tools, and fixtures as described in the Essential Functions below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Constructing product assemblies
• Designing and building assembly fixtures and tooling
• Conducting tests, recording data, and summarizing results
• Using laboratory and test equipment such as vector network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, electrodynamic shaker tables, environmental chambers, amongst others
• Inventorying and inspecting parts for compliance with work instructions and other documentation

Verifying dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; kneel, crouch, talk and hear.

The employee must be able to move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

SECURITY CLEARANCE :

Applicants must be capable of holding a U.S. government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate :

The annual base salary for this position is $40,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Maverick RF Solutions considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits :

Healthcare stipend, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Holidays. Full time employees accrue 10 hours of PTO per month; up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive 80 hours for designated and floating holidays.

Remote Work :

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Maverick RF Solutions facility.

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm; however, these hours may vary based on workload and the manager's discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.
