Job Duties and Responsibilities
Within 48 hours of receipt, inputs group room listings by following a detailed checklistWorks with Director of Revenue Management to achieve optimum occupancy and revenueReviews contracts for accuracy in rates, dates, billing inventory levels, and other miscellaneous informationCreates and maintains complete files on all bookings reflected in Sales PMSProvides information and assistance to enhance guest serviceParticipates in weekly group pick-up meetingsProvides continuous service to hotel and guests to assure guest satisfactionAttend group pre-function meetingsAnswer reservation sales calls when volume dictatesPosts, tracks and follows all SOP's with advance purchase / deposit reservationsPerform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectivesEducation and Experience
Minimum of six (6) months prior reservations or front office experience required in a full service hotel or related.Prior experience with Opera PMS is preferredMinimum of High School educationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
