job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead and manage plant operations including production, inventory, quality control, and distribution Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and client services to meet production targets and timelines Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across teams Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Manage and mentor supervisors and frontline staff Optimize resource allocation and cost control strategies Support strategic planning and execution of new product launches Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in consumer goods or chemical production Strong leadership and team-building skills Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making Knowledge of sustainability practices and lean methodologies Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with NetSuite is highly preferred for this position. Proficient in speaking Spanish
